Retour
Je hebt het recht de bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. Je krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor het retour sturen dien je zelf te betalen. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van jouw retour terugstorten.

Klacht
We raden je aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar wilma@guitarking.nl. Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om het geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting Webwinkelkeur. Voor consumenten in de EU is het ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Wanneer de klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is, dan staat het je vrij om de klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.
