Squier 40th Anniversary
It's been 40 years since the introduction of the first instruments bearing the Squier name. They offered Fender designs at more affordable prices. To celebrate the 40-year journey of Fender's entry-level brand, a special range of Telecaster, Stratocaster, Jazzmaster, Precision Bass and Jazz Bass are introduced. All available in Gold Edition and Vintage Edition variants.
Gold Edition
The super classy Squier 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster Gold Edition is fitted with all gold-plated hardware and a anodized gold aluminum pickguard as seen on the well known J Mascis signature Jazzmaster. The "C" shape maple neck is bound with aged white bounding and has a Indian laurel fingerboard with pearloid block inlays. With it's engraved neckplate, this Jazzmaster marks a iconic moment in guitar history. With it's gloss Olympic White finish throughout, this Squier Jazzmaster is made for the spotlights.
The vintage style tuners and Fender-Designed single-coil pickups with alnico 5 magnets give this Squier the familiar Jazzmaster tone.
