Returns

It is important to us that you are satisfied with Guitarking's service, even if you want to return the product. Here is all the information you need. If you still have questions or need help returning a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if the product was shipped within the Netherlands. You will only have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

If you exercise this right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Guitarking with all delivered accessories in its original condition, and - if reasonably possible - in its original packaging. Once we have received the product back in the same condition, we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Hopefully you understand that some products cannot be returned after purchase. Products that are specially ordered for you, custom made, or sold by linear (cm)meters. Wind instruments are also excluded from the right of return due to hygienic reasons. We ask for your understanding.

Product Exchange?

Would you like to exchange the product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact wilma@guitarking.nl for this. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.

I gave the wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the address for you.
