Feedback and concerns
We will always do our utmost to make everything run smoothly. However, because we are only human, unexpected problems can arise that will bother you. We kindly ask you to always first report complaints to us by emailing wilma@guitarking.nl. We take every complaint seriously and will always try to work things out together. If this does not lead to a solution, it is always possible to submit the dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur.
For consumers in the EU it is also possible to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If the complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint through the platform of the European Union.
