The BOSS FV-500 is the industry standard volume and expression pedal. The FV-500H is the high-impedance version (mono, instument level).
This version works best as the first pedal in your chain, between guitar and amplifier input. If you want to use it after some pedals and/or in you effects loop and/or using line-level instruments, consider using the low-impedance version FV-500L, which also features stereo in-and outputs if you need them.
This tank-tough diecast pedal is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. It offers a road-tough build and a comfortable, smooth action. The pedal also provides an Expression output for use with expression-compatible amps, effects, and even synthesizers.
