The RockBoard PedalSafe system was designed to keep your pedals safe, secure and in pristine condition. The flexible PedalSafe Type I Protective Cover and the Universal Pedal Mounting Plate fit for the Eventide H9 effects pedal. The crystal-clear pedal cover allows you to see your settings while the shell is protecting them against accidental adjustments. This set includes the protective cover (PedalSafe) and an universal mounting plate. The RockBoard Universal Pedal Mounting Plate was designed to mount your effects pedals with the PedalSafe system on almost all kinds of pedalboards that don't feature the innovative RockBoard Slot Grid. The mounting plates simply screw onto the back of your pedals, using the original screws (or supplied replacement screws) and can be removed easily without any residue.

Retour
Je hebt het recht de bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. Je krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor het retour sturen dien je zelf te betalen. Indien je gebruik maakt van dit herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en - indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk - in de originele staat en verpakking aan Guitarking geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kun je contact met ons opnemen via wilma@guitarking.nl. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van jouw retour terugstorten.

Klacht
We raden je aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar wilma@guitarking.nl. Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om het geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting Webwinkelkeur. Voor consumenten in de EU is het ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Wanneer de klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is, dan staat het je vrij om de klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.
