It automatically maintains the optimal 45-50% relative humidity level within your instrument case, eliminating the guesswork and potential mess related to refilling a humidifier. Unlike refillable humidifiers, this system provides true “two-way” purified humidity control by adding and removing moisture on demand. No more manual adjustments based on seasonal changes, geographic locations, temperature, or other factors. The Two-Way Humidification System comes with 3 Humidipaks and a soft mesh pouch that will not harm your instrument's finish. These packets last between 2 and 6 months and should always be kept in a sealed environment like a hard-shell case. Once the packets become firm, discard and replace using the 3 refills that come in the D'Addario Two-Way Humidification Replacement Pack (PW-HPRP-03). Retour
Je hebt het recht de bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. Je krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor het retour sturen dien je zelf te betalen. Indien je gebruik maakt van dit herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en - indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk - in de originele staat en verpakking aan Guitarking geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kun je contact met ons opnemen via wilma@guitarking.nl. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van jouw retour terugstorten.

Klacht
We raden je aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar wilma@guitarking.nl. Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om het geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting Webwinkelkeur. Voor consumenten in de EU is het ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Wanneer de klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is, dan staat het je vrij om de klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.
