WHAT IT DOES

FretWraps are a simple yet powerful string muting accessory designed to reduce unwanted overtones and resonance from open strings. Whether you’re recording in the studio, performing live, or practicing at home, FretWraps help you achieve a tighter, more controlled sound—without changing your tone. Bass Fret Wraps are the same as Guitar Fret Wraps, just a difference on which size is best suited for the number of strings. For nearly two decades, it remains the go-to string muting device (aka bass / guitar string dampener) for beginners and pros alike.

WHO IT’S FOR

✔ Guitarists who want cleaner playing

✔ Bassists dealing with string noise

✔ Tapping players & technical musicians

✔ Studio musicians recording precision parts

✔ Beginners learning proper muting technique

HOW IT WORKS

Slide the FretWrap over your headstock and position it across the strings. Adjust the strap tension to control how much muting you want.

Light tension → subtle control

Firm tension → maximum muting

REAL RESULTS

✔ Cleaner recordings

✔ Tighter live performances

✔ Less unwanted noise between notes

✔ More confidence in your playing
